Spacious, charming Brooklyn (Greenpoint) 2-Bedroom

Looking for a house swap in Rio for November and December 2025!! I live in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. 2 blocks from the Greenpoint G subway stop, a 10-min walk from the ferry, and a block away from 2 Citi-bike docks. I also have a bike in the basement that you are free to use so long as you're responsible with it. More about the place: - Fully furnished (I will empty the closet before I leave) - 2 bed 1 bath; roommate is 25F accountant, super cool - There are two laundromats a block away - The room has A/C - The room is honestly huge, and it gets tons of natural light. The ceilings are unreasonably tall and it's very airy - There is a cute backyard accessible via basement - I am a musician, so the room has an upright piano, music stand, guitar, boom stand, etc. You can use any and all of this if you'd like! Just don't break anything - I have a nice vinyl setup in the living area that you are 100% free to use - We also have a variety of streaming services on the TV in the living area - We have an oven, tons of cupboard space, an electric stove, a microwave, and a microwave oven.
