The apartment is 73sqm, modern and clean with quality amenities, on the 8th floor accessible with an elevator. The main room is a bright combined living room and open fully equipped kitchen, with a social kitchen island, a dining area, as well as a comfortable couch and a big smart TV. The main bedroom is light and spacious and has a big 200x180cm double bed. The smaller secondary room can be used as an office space, for gaming, or as a second bedroom. It has a sleeping couch that is 200x160cm big, its own smart TV and a PlayStation 5 (you can even enjoy the view of the city from the couch while playing your favorite game!). The 15 m² west faced balcony can be accessed both from the living room and the bedroom, and offers an amazing view over Oslo – you can even spot the iconic Holmenkollen ski jump! The balcony has a dining table and a big couch, and is equipped with a Weber grill as well as a heating lamp so you can enjoy the view even on chilly evenings! In peak summer you can enjoy the sun on the balcony from around 13.00–22.00. The whole apartment as well as the whole building is fully wheelchair accessible. The apartment also disposes a parking spot in the garage. The apartment is located in a modern, calm residential area with two convenience stores, a gym, a café and a restaurant all just around the corner. The city center is just a 5-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk away. There are four bus lines directly by the apartment all going downtown, so getting around is very easy. A 30-minute walk will get you right to the ocean in the city center and to one of our many "floating sauna villages" ("Oslo Badstuforening") – a must-do when in Oslo! The famous sculpture park ("Ekebergparken") is just a 5-minute bus ride or a 15-minute walk uphill, with amazing views over the city. There is even a primeval forest ("Svartdalsparken") just a 3-minute walk away, which we find to be a hidden gem! Here you'll find an outdoor gym, and if you venture 10 minutes into the forest to a little waterfall, you'll find saunas and a cold pit run by a very cozy café/bar ("Kruttverket"). In other words – here you can experience Oslo's buzzing city life and its remarkable natural beauty, all within minutes of your doorstep.
