There are many places to go out in the neighbourhood, and many parks . The area is particularly well-served by public transport: Schönleinstraße (U8) and Südstern (U7) are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach Alexanderplatz in just 10 to 15 minutes. Very close. Next to the flat's advantages, there are two cons to consider: 1. The toilet is very small! It may be un fit for very big bodies 2.
