Beautiful Hacienda in the Hills next to the Beach

Welcome to our family’s countryside retreat in Reguengo Grande — a peaceful village surrounded by rolling hills, fig trees, and that calm, golden light you only find in central Portugal. The house has a warm, hacienda-style feel with terracotta floors, natural wood finishes, and big windows that let the sunlight flood in. It’s spacious yet cosy, with spots to work (if you need to), relax, cook slow dinners, or just breathe a bit deeper. We often start our mornings here with a coffee in the garden, watching the birds. Afternoons are for exploring Óbidos or heading to the beach to surf (just 15 minutes away), and evenings usually end with wine on the terrace. It’s not a luxury villa — it’s better: lived-in, soulful, and full of character. Perfect for anyone who values simplicity, nature, and a bit of space to reset.
