Friedrieshchain apartment with a soundsystem

There are two room, living room and sleeping room, they are separated by the bathroom. All windows face west, so very beautiful sunsets. The living room has a kitchen, sofa area with vinyl set and a soundsystem, and a diner table. Enter the balcony from the living room. The balcony is huge. The kitchen is fully equiped for any type of meal. The apartment is located in the heart of friedrieshchain, next to Boxhagernerplatz, which is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods, with lots of food options, bars, clubs, but also the building is on a quiet street with no cars passing, so you don't get all the noise at nights. There's a rooftop garden shared by the whole house, so you can of course access that for a coffee or breakfast, etc. I don't have big house rules, except the common sense of keeping the place tidy, leaving the place tidy, and no partying after 10pm, but you can of course hang out and listen to music silently the whole night.
