Work remotely by the ocean, surf, sun and Lisbon

**We’re planning to stay in the UK from January for around 9–10 months, so for now we’re focusing on UK (specially London/close to London cities) exchanges only.** Welcome to our one-bedroom flat in Costa da Caparica, a laid-back coastal town just across the bridge from Lisbon. The apartment is bright, quiet, and fully equipped for remote work and comfortable for long-term living. Recently renovated. You’ll find: • A double bedroom with plenty of light and storage • A fully equipped kitchen recently renovated • Fast, reliable 500MB Wi-Fi • A sofa bed in the living room • A foldable table that unfolds into a bigger table • Covered porch / verandah • Free street parking (first come, first served) • Cafés, restaurants, and surf spots (surf classes) all within walking distance. • Excellent transport links to Lisbon (bus and ferry options, ~20/30 minutes) • A bicycle will be available too if needed We’re a couple of nomad digital creatives and a small toddler and would love to do a long-term home swap (9 months to 1 year) with someone based in London or another English city with good airport access. Ideally, a one-bedroom flat or small apartment suitable for remote work. We’ll treat your home as our own, we are a very clean and tidy couple and hope you’ll enjoy our place as a calm base for work and sunshine by the sea.
