Cozy Wooden Balinese Joglo

A cozy two-storey wooden house in the heart of Uluwatu – just a three-minute scooter ride from Nyang Nyang Beach. It’s the perfect spot for anyone seeking a peaceful, nature-filled home while staying close to all the essentials. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a living area currently set up as a home office, complete with a desk, chair, wardrobe and its own air-conditioning unit. WiFi is around 100 Mbps, ideal for remote work or streaming. The bathroom shower comes with hot water – always a plus in Bali. Upstairs, you’ll find the bedroom with a 180×200 cm bed, AC, and an air purifier. The house comes with a small garden and a terrace full of tropical plants, and there are also several plants inside the home. They create a very calming atmosphere, but they do need regular, reliable watering. You’ll notice in the photos that there are carpets and artwork visible; these have been removed for the rental period because they include personal family photos and my own paintings. The space is now neutral, clean, and easy to style to your liking. There is scooter parking right in front of the house. The location is a major highlight: cafés, co-working spaces, gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, and several beaches are all within a 5–10 minute scooter ride. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. A monthly cleaning service can be added for a small extra fee (around €40 per month).
