Our apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in South Tenerife, ideal for relaxing and enjoying island life at a slower pace. The complex has a peaceful swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and unwinding. One of the highlights of our home is the large west-facing balcony with a 180° sea view. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Ocean and the nearby island of La Gomera, as well as beautiful sunsets almost every evening, a favorite moment of the day for us. Inside, our apartment is bright, comfortable, and easy to live in, making it a welcoming space whether you’re staying for a short break or a longer exchange. It’s a calm and cozy retreat after a day out exploring. Our home is also well set up for remote work. There is a main desk in the living area equipped with two screens and fast 600 MB fiber internet, making it easy to work comfortably. In addition, there is a second, smaller desk in the bedroom, allowing two people to work or have calls at the same time. The location is very convenient. In just a short drive, you can reach Las Americas for nightlife, beaches, and surf spots, or head to Los Cristianos for local cafés and traditional restaurants. For something more upscale, Fañabé and Playa del Duque are nearby, offering stylish beach clubs and rooftop bars. Thanks to Tenerife’s reputation for having one of the best year-round climates in Europe, our apartment is enjoyable at any time of the year, whether you’re escaping winter or enjoying endless sunshine and mild temperatures. Our apartment is also a great base for discovering the island. Teide National Park is easily accessible for a memorable day trip, and the green and dramatic north of Tenerife offers cliffs, coastal scenery, and charming villages well worth exploring.
