Welcome to my comfy city nest! It is a compact 38m² apartment that feels much larger thanks to a smart, well-thought-out design. The space is divided into two rooms: a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x200), and a larger open-plan living area that combines the kitchen with a dedicated space for relaxation and work. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a tropical rainfall shower. I’ve poured my soul into this home, and I’m sure you’ll feel that warmth during your stay For Remote Workers: I have set up a professional workstation featuring an adjustable height (standing) desk, a comfortable chair, a laptop holder, and a large monitor—perfect for maintaining your workflow while away. The apartment is packed with amenities and smart home features. As a bonus, there is a spacious balcony filled with plants I’ve carefully nurtured, creating a green oasis. The location is just outside the center but is very well-connected; it’s an easy 20-minute commute to the heart of the city and about 15-20 minutes to the best shopping mall in Warsaw Arkadia Westfield.
