Cozy apartment close to the sea

The apartment: A cozy apartment full of sun and great location. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe and a balcony. There is a fully-equipped kitchen to cook your homemade meals. The bathroom is super practical, with a shower and again all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The living room has also a fully equipped workstation and an aircodition. The couch turns into a double bed. There is also a balcony where you can have your morning coffee while watching the neighborhood waking up and observing the passerby's. The location: In a residential area, with all kinds of shops, nice restaurants and cool bars/ cafes around the corner. This is an old neighborhood of Thessaloniki, just a bit further from the historic city center, that is more quite but yet close to all the main attractions. The apartment is perfect for digital nomads and remote workers, or just for a couple that want to explore Thessaloniki in the heart of a residential neighborhood. Most of shop owners have been here for years, so feel free to chit chat with them. Across the apartment you'll find the best traditional feta cheese I've ever had! Traditionally made in the mountains. And in the evening you may walk 7' to the main Concert Hall for an opera or musical performance, or walk by the sea, enjoying the relaxed vibes that the city is know for. The airport is only 15' car drive away, or 20' bus ride away. The closest nice beach to swim is between 20-40' car drive away for a day-trip or even a weekend stay! If you prefer mountain hikings, Seih Soux is just 10' drive for exploring a bit the main national park of the city, or take a 30' car drive to Chortiatis, the mystical mountain overlooking Thessaloniki, for a true nature-lover hiking experience! To visit the city center, you may take a 7' subway ride (closest station is only 2' from the apartment), a 15' bus ride (3' walk from the apartment), a bike ride by the sea (7' ride). The city: Thessaloniki is a fantastic central location to have as your base in Greece, if you are both a nature lover to explore lesser known rural areas of northern Greece, islands and even the Balkans. And if you have a last minute urge to take a flight and visit another country, the International Thessaloniki Airport has tens of direct flights to many countries around the world. Home rules: Smoking is strictly not allowed in the house. You may smoke though at the balcony.
