Our seaside home with backyard and workspaces

This is our 85 sqm home by the sea, located in a safe and lively neighborhood. It’s a comfortable, lived-in place that works well for both short and longer exchanges. The house has one bedroom with a new, comfortable mattress, a living room with a double sofa bed, and two separate office rooms, which makes it ideal for remote work or couples who need their own space. We have fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi and two air-conditioning units for cooling and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking. Outside, there is a private backyard, where we usually sit for coffee or relax in the evenings. The sea is right next to the house, and we often enjoy sunsets just a short walk away. There are also parks nearby suitable for exercising, running, pick-nicks etc. Swimming is not possible at the sea directly next to the house, but swimmable beaches are easily accessible by bus or train. Getting around is easy: the bus stop is right outside the house, and the city center is about a 15-minute walk. Daily life is very convenient, with: - small grocery store, supermarket, bakery next door - a fresh food market twice per week - gyms, cafes, bars, restaurants, etc in walking distance The neighborhood is calm, friendly, and well connected. It’s a good base for people who want to enjoy the sea, the lively center, work comfortably from home, and live like locals during their stay.
