Charming Lakeview Oasis (parking included)

Welcome to Recess on School Street, a charming, family-ready 2br/2ba stay on a classically gorgeous Lakeview street. One parking spot included! Walk and ride to everything: the condo is steps from Chicago's Southport Corridor, a bustling area filled with dining, shopping, and entertainment in addition to being only 0.3 miles to the CTA Brown Line train and less than a mile to Wrigley Field. With colorful details and a prime location, you'll be sure to love Recess as much as we do! The space The condo is a 1,180 sq/ft ground floor unit with great light (and no flights of stairs to deal with). Scan the QR code in the photos for a 3D walkthrough. Both bedrooms have queen beds with memory-foam-topped mattresses. The living room couch pulls out into a spacious and comfortable sleeper. Wifi is work-from-home-friendly and the primary bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a second computer monitor + USBC connection. Both TVs have Netflix, Peacock, and AppleTV+. There is an in-unit washer and dryer (new as of 9/24) and detergent if you need to freshen clothes on your trip. There is a small private patio out back with a bistro table. The unit comes with one off-street parking spot behind the building -- it's a "city spot" and can be a little snug for large vehicles (the parking spot is 92 inches wide) so take care when pulling in. There is also paid street parking at the east end of the street. For parents traveling with children: We also have (and travel) with kids so we've tried to provide as much as possible to lighten the load when traveling with little ones. Nearby Gallagher Way (just outside of Wrigley) often has free children's entertainment and concerts.
