Room in Nantes island in front of a natural parc

Hi! I like to take breaks in other cities when I'm not working on my music. I’m offering my apartment in Nantes, on the island of the city. It's like you are living in nature with fresh air, big parc to walk, no cars) and you are 15 minutes walk from the activity center of Nantes. Nantes is really interesting, cultural, technicity (Machines de Nantes), family&natural food market... The appartment is in a calm and securised building. There is a balcony inside the cosy and wide living room. We are 3 persons (friends) coliving, we like to discuss but it's ok to enjoy a chilling time by your own, reading or watching a movie. A really nice parc is located right in front of the house. You'll meet my two roomates : Anna (she's from Nantes) and Andres (he's from Ecuador so he speaks well spanish!). Perfect for a respectful swap, near central but serene. Bus (free on weekends) and bike (cheap rent to-go) down the house!
