Nantes (2H train to Paris) with a natural parc

Hi! I’m offering my room in my appartment in Nantes, on the island of the city. You'll be in fresh air thanks to the big parc with no cars. You are 25 minutes away from the activity center of Nantes by walking. Nantes is highly cultural (live music, Machines de Nantes) and organic with lots of cool food markets :) It's also capital of French white wine. The appartment is in a calm and securised building. There is a balcony inside the cosy and wide living room. We are 3 persons (friends) coliving, we like to discuss and cook but it's ok to enjoy a chilling time by your own, reading, working or watching a movie. You'll meet my two roomates : Anna (she's from Nantes) and Andres (he's from Ecuador so he speaks well spanish!). The real nice parc is located right in front of the house. It's a respectful swap, near central but serene. Bus (free on weekends) and bike (cheap rent to-go) down the house. The swap includes: One bedroom and one bathroom with bathtub-shower Kitchen fully equiped with washing machine The bedroom includes: 1 person confort bed A work table + gaming chair A pair of loudspeakers, guitars, piano... My friends will be happy to welcome your pet too if you have!
