I live in a bright and cozy 2-room apartment (60 sqm) in Berlin-Schöneberg, very close to Walther-Schreiber-Platz. The balcony and all windows are towards south, so you can enjoy the sun there most of the day. The flat has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. It’s perfect for one person or a couple. Also one person can sleep on the sofa. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi in 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz (ideal for remote work), a washing machine, and everything you need for everyday living. It’s on a quiet street but very centrally located. In the living room you find a large height-adjustable desk with 2 big monitors, a mouse, a keyboard and two soundboxes. You can easily connect to the hardware by plugging in just 1 usb-c cable. The neighborhood is lively and well connected: S-Bahn and U-Bahn are just a few minutes away, so you can reach Mitte or Kreuzberg quickly. Around Walther-Schreiber-Platz you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.
