Welcome to our 2 bdr 2 bath home, a cozy oasis of relaxation in the heart of Pigneto, the most bohemian and vibrant but still authentic neighborhood of Rome. Famous for its artistic atmosphere, cultural venues and lively night life in a safe and quite area, Pigneto is a strategic location with easy accessibility. In fact, it is perfectly connected with the ancient Rome thanks to the metro station “Pigneto” (line C), located a 10-minute walk from the house, which takes you directly to the Colosseum in just 8 minutes. Moreover, Pigneto is also close and well connected to the main Railway Station “Termini”, to the main University “La Sapienza”, and to the main Hospital “Policlinico Umberto Primo”. Our home has been fully renovated with high-quality materials to assure you a perfect balance between modern comfort and period details, in a well-kept and welcoming environment. Just a few steps away you will find a wide choice of not touristy restaurants, bars, cafes, wine shops, supermarkets, local open market, shops, entertainment and artisan activities. The house is family friendly. We provide a full baby equipment: a cot, two high chairs, plastic tableware, bottle warmer, blenders, baby bouncer, baby bath, toilet seat cover, rug and toys, board games for the family. Also washer and dryer and dishwasher are very useful for the whole family. This flat is a holiday home with the highest rating that I often rent through international platforms such as Airbnb and Booking. From April to June, from September to October and on Christmas Holidays it is usually booked by tourists 3 months before arrival. From July to August and from November to March being low season in Rome, it is usually booked by tourists 1 month before arrival. Hwv, I'd like also to swap it with remote workers as I think this is a good way to travel by creating relationships with new people. Therefore, it is advisable to agree on the swap before the above terms in order to have a better chance of finding the desired dates available and securing them for you. I joined this platform beginning of March 2026. At the moment I would like to find a home exchange for approximately two weeks from 26th July to 9th August 2026 in a seaside area that also has historical and artistic attractions. The countries we are most interested in are the southern coast of Portugal, the southern coast of France and the coast of Croatia. Hwv, we can considerate also other seaside areas. If your home is available on these dates for three people in two separate bedrooms, please contact me as soon as possible.
