I offer my 2-room flat (owned by me) in Munich, just 10 minutes from the city centre by subway. A nice and hip district with restaurants, bars, supermarkets just 5 minutes away. No clubs and quiet at night. Trains, trams, subways are close by. Bike rental shops can be found. One hour away by train from lakes and mountain areas. It’s in a new building in a backyard and therefore you would hear no traffic at all. - one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) - a combined dining/living room - a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink - balcony with a view on a green tree. - modern, fully equipped Poggenpohl kitchen - real wooden floor - 1st floor - elevator - internet radio/cd player with exclusive sound - free wifi No parking available for a car. No pets. No street shoes in the apartment. Hygiene, order and respect are essential for me. I would treat your home equally. I have a liability insurance in case I cause a damage.
