I offer my 2-room flat (owned by me) in Munich, just 10 minutes from the centre by subway. The Isar river and Deutsche Museum in walking distance. A nice and hip city district with art galleries, restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets. Yet - no clubs, so quiet at night. Excellent public transport close by. Bike rental shops can be found. One hour away by train from beautiful lakes and mountain areas. It’s a new building in a backyard and therefore quiet. - one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) - a combined dining/living room - a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink - balcony with a view on a green tree. - modern, fully equipped Poggenpohl kitchen - real wooden floor - 1st floor - elevator - internet radio/cd player with exclusive sound - free wifi No parking available for a car. Car parking possible outside the city centre! No pets. No street shoes in the apartment. Hygiene, tidiness and respect are essential. I would treat your home equally. I have a liability insurance in case I cause a damage.
