Bright, Artsy Milanese Apartment

Close to City Life, near De Angeli metro station, my flat is on the third floor of a 1930s palazzo in a residential and elegant area of Milan. The original floors and high ceilings made me fall in love with this flat from the very beginning. I renovated and furnished it by mixing vintage pieces, designer furniture and personal family items. I turned it into a comfortable and well-equipped space, with everything modern and practical — from the kitchen to electric roller shutters, mosquito screens, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dryer and an electronic lock. The bathroom is completely new, with marble floors and my favorite colors. I’d say it’s a perfect balance between vintage and modern. The living room with kitchen and the bedroom are both spacious and full of light. The bedroom has a double bed, and if needed, the sofa in the living room turns into a comfortable sofa bed for one or two additional guests. There are two French balconies, and the building has a lift. The flat is on the third floor, and there is a very attentive concierge every day except Sunday and Saturday afternoon.
