The flat contains 3 rooms, 1 livingroom, 1 office, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The neiborhood is very friendly and has some great restaurants - for example good italian ones and one amazing spanish on only 1 min away. There are many supermarkets within 300 m, a great gym with skyline view and roof top pool, you can reach the main river by a 20 min walk or you have all the public transport possibilites to get to the center which takes about 5 min with the sub. you can use the small garden outside and there are free parking lots around the block. Important home rules are no party and to water the plants and take care of our lovely mindful flat and it's furniture.
