Our home is in a quiet residential suburb. 25 minutes walk from trains to London, Brighton and Gatwick airport. Comfortably furnished with a cosy lounge seating 5, second family room with toy/play area and table for 6. Kitchen fully equipped for all cooking requirements. Bedrooms have one king size, one Double and one single bed with a single sofa bed downstairs. Plus a cot if needed. Garden is small but functional with plenty of seating space for a family of 6. Space on the drive for one car but free easy on street parking as well. Borrowing the car could be an option for the right swap.
