Cozy house in a cozy place very quite close to Turin and the mountain. Sea and lake are not so distance and also Milan (1 hour by train). the train station is 10 by walk. The airport is less than 10 minutes by car or by train station. Private parking outside and garage are available. You can charge the electric car and use a mountain bike (Large size). There are 36 hole golf courses in not much than 15 minutes by car.
Padel, tennis and all the aims. In the city centre is present a #1 Michelin star (not so expensive than same competitor north Europe places)
The house is about 90mq in #2 level (first floor day use, second floor night use). There is a small terrace and the furniture is fresh and new.
