Thanks to excellent insulation, the apartment is exceptionally quiet – perfect to truly unwind. If you’re working remotely, you’ll find everything you need: high-speed Wi-Fi and a height-adjustable desk for a comfortable home office setup. One of the highlights is the enclosed balcony – a sunny, sheltered space with a hanging chair and couch. Even in winter, it can become a warm little retreat on bright days. The apartment is surrounded by many plants, giving it a fresh and lively atmosphere – taking care of them (mainly watering) is part of the experience. In the building, you’ll also have access to a fitness room, rooftop sauna, and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views over the city. On New Year’s Eve, you can even watch the fireworks from there – when the sky is clear.
