Our flat is right by Piazza delle Cure in Florence. It's a green area with a beautiful river Mugnone, a couple of parks around, and within a walking distance from main tourist attractions [2km from Duomo]. 700m aways there's a tram line connecting to the airport/SMN station. Multiple bus connections to the city centre and Fiesole, a wonderful, lesser known city on a hill overlooking Florence.
Our apartment has two bedrooms, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, air fryer, gas stove, fridge, freezer), a small balcony on the yard side, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a bidet, and shelves overflowing with books (in English!).
Smoking allowed on the balcony. No meat in the airfryer.
