Cosy penthouse with a terrace in the city center

The apartment is a cozy penthouse apartment located in Atatürk Mahallesi, Bornova, one of İzmir's well-connected residential areas. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds and it's ideal for couples, friends, or small families. It has an open-plan kitchen and living area, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere with a wall sized custom library made by my father. Funfact: most of the furniture in the apartment are made by him including the kitchen=) One of our favorite feature is the large terrace overlooking a beautiful walnut tree, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, read a book, or relax in the evening. At the back of the building, there is a small shared garden with fruit trees that adds a touch of greenery and tranquility. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and family-oriented, with grocery stores, cafés, bakeries, and daily amenities within walking distance. While located close to the city center, it offers a quieter and more local experience of İzmir. İzmir is known for its relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle, sunny weather, excellent food, and welcoming people. Our location is also a great base for exploring the region. Popular coastal destinations such as Urla, Seferihisar, and Çeşme are easily accessible by car, making day trips to beaches, seaside villages, and local wineries simple and enjoyable. Çeşme's beautiful beaches are about an hour away, perfect for a day by the sea. When I was in uni we used to go by bus for about an hour or so, I'm sure it's quıte faster by car.
