Welcome to our cosy 1960s townhouse located in Robertshöjd, a quiet and leafy residential area just outside central Gothenburg. The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly, with many children and a calm atmosphere — ideal for anyone looking for both comfort and nature close to the city. Gothenburg Central Station is only 15 minutes away by bus, with frequent departures every 10 minutes. Despite the short distance to the city, the area offers immediate access to nature, forests, walking trails, and the beautiful lake Härlandatjärn, which is only a 10-minute walk from the house. The lake is a popular spot for swimming and outdoor activities during the warmer months. A grocery store is also within a 10-minute walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. Parking is included, and the home is fully smoke-free. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. The surrounding area is perfect for an active lifestyle, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, running, cycling, and orienteering right outside the door. ⸻ Ground floor: The lower level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a WC. The kitchen is open-plan and connected to the living room, creating a bright and social space. The living room features a working fireplace, making it especially cosy during colder months. From here, you can step directly out into our private garden, which includes outdoor furniture and a barbecue area — perfect for long evenings in summer/autumn and relaxed outdoor meals. ⸻ Upper floor: The upper floor includes two bedrooms, a home office, one bathroom and a small walk in closet. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rail. There is also convenient storage space and everything needed for a comfortable stay. A changing table is currently available, but can be removed if preferred. * Bedroom 1: A large and comfortable double bed (210 x 210 cm) and a projector for movie nights. * Bedroom 2: Currently furnished with a crib, but can be converted into a room with a 90 cm single bed if needed. * Home office: A quiet space suitable for remote work or study. ⸻ Why we love living here: We truly love living here because it offers the perfect balance between nature and city life. On one hand, we have immediate access to forests, lakes, and outdoor activities just minutes from our door.
