Welcome to my quiet and sunny home in a central location. My home is a very peaceful and comfortable place, while still being close to everything you may need. It gets plenty of natural sunlight during the day and has air conditioning, which makes it especially comfortable in warm weather. The location is very convenient. Kadıköy is only about 20 minutes away, and there are cafés, markets, shops, and daily essentials nearby. Although the area is central, the apartment itself is quiet and calm, making it a great place to relax after spending time in the city. One of my favorite features of the home is the private cinema setup. The house has a modern home cinema system with up-to-date equipment, perfect for cozy movie nights.
