I bought a rundown 6-unit apartment complex in 2016 in an up and coming area - turned it into an Airbnb hotel with a life-long 4.9/5 rating.. Now it is all long-term rentals and it's time for me to go find my own adventures. We are in a location that is 10 minutes drive to everything the city can offer, 45 minute drive to the rainforest, with restaurants / beaches / parks / tennis / basketball / volleyball / running track / skateboarding park / bars, grocery stores and banks all within easy walking distance. Right on the bus line for easy transit to Condado and Old San Juan, and Uber here is insanely cheap compared to mainland US or Europe. Smoking is permitted outside, but not inside the home.
