Bright, spacious, warm apt in Berlin Neukölln

We offer our 70+m2 apartment in Berlin Neukölln, located on the 9th floor of apartment building in Weisse Siedlung, just outside the Ringbahn. Available to use are: - one bedroom with double bed – huge living room with balcony, sofa that can be transformed into double bed, beamer and PlayStation5 - walk through office room - equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge) – bathroom with a bath tube and washing machine (There is additional storage/office room we would like to keep to store our stuff.) The apartment is bright, cosy and very warm in the winter. It is equipped with high speed internet & cleaning robot; you can also use our bike(s). Yet you should be aware that it is not high-end perfectly designed space – rather Berlin-style apartment created to some extend in DIY spirit and low-budget. The electronic equipment – washing machine, dishwasher, oven are not the newest models. The apartment is located in a neighbourhood that is very safe and full of nice people, but it struggles a bit with being neglected by the owners – so the area itself is a little bit messy – if you don't mind it, you will enjoy it, but if you look for picture-perfect apartment in gentrified neighbourhood, it is not for you. The closest bus stop and shops are 10 minutes walk from the apartment; the S-Bahn (train) station is 15 minutes walk. The vibrant centre of Neukölln with bars & restaurants is 20-25 minutes walk (you can also take a bus). There are some plants in the apartment, so we would ask you to take care of them (they are rather easy maintenance). Smoking, pets or children are not allowed.
