This studio apartment is a perfect base for exploring the city. It doesn't get any more central! It's located on a quiet side street off of the main throughfare, with a park view and big windows to let in lots of light. A 2 minute walk from the nearest underground station, and a 15-20 minute walk from the central station and cathedral. Located within 5 minutes of several supermarkets, bookstores, and the main shopping street of the city. The apartment itself is laid out to maximise space, and has a desk, reading chair, coffee table, single sleeper couch, a double bed, record player, projector, and fully stocked kitchen with an electric kettle and a small oven. Plenty of books and plants too! The bathroom includes a washing machine and bathtub/shower. You can expect all of the same amenities as you would in any other apartment. I've put a lot of care into making this studio feel clean, bright and cozy, with bespoke furniture and high quality materials ☺️ I'll reserve the storage space under the bed for my private things, and otherwise you're welcome to make yourself at home. Please no smoking, pets or loud activities/parties that could bother the neighbours.
