Cosy one-bedroom in Funchal, escape the winter

Hi! Looking to escape the winter months? My cosy, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in Funchal is just behind Fórum Madeira, with shops, a supermarket, cafés and restaurants on your doorstep. It’s set up for remote work, with a desk, an ergonomic chair, two 27" monitors, a docking station and 500/100 Mbps fibre internet. The apartment has a bedroom, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a balcony, plus private parking and pool access. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the seafront promenade is close by. The city centre and old town are a short bus or taxi ride away. It’s a great base for exploring the island, from levada walks and mountains to diving and natural pools. House rules: please treat the home as your own and leave it as you found it. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, never inside. Ideally no pets, though a small dog may be possible if we agree in advance. Please be considerate of the neighbours.
