Bremen Neustadt apartment

I have a cozy 2 room flat in Bremen's Neustadt neighborhood. There's a rather large hallway, a bedroom, a combined living room/office space currently setup with 2 desks, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and also a nice balcony. The balcony and the bedroom both face the inner courtyard and are thus very quiet. The living room is south-facing and is thus very sunny. I usually work from home, so you can be assured it's well equipped for this. The neighborhood is great, the 1st grocery store is 1 block away, there are ~7 grocery stores within 1km. The nearest public transit stop is a ~3 minute walk away, with easy access to 10+ tram and bus lines. The main train station is very easy to reach by public transit or even on foot. The historic old center is 1-2 km away, also easy to reach on foot or by public transit. There is a very large park ~2 minutes away by foot, and a lake with great swimming and sport opportunities ~2km away.
