Costa del sol Pucci’s Home

Estepona is a dream place to be. The flat is located a 10-minute drive from the old town and walking distance 700 meters to the closest beaches. Many more beaches, chiringuitos, hot spots, supermarkets, Sotogrande marina, everything is a short ride away. The seafront features a beautiful walking/cycling path for you to reach Estepona or venture in the nearby Manilva. The weather is mild and sunny all year long. Expats come to Costa del Sol for its famous 300 days of sun per year. The house is fully equipped and accessorised with patio and private garden (full sun from sunrise till 3 pm). Bed linen and towels, beach towels as well, are provided. Kitchen has everything you might need because we do cook a lot of Italian food ;) weber bbq available in the patio with outdoor table and sun loungers. The flat is located in a gated Urbanization (complex) with communal garden and swimming pool. You can land in Malaga airport and easily rent a car. You’ll reach the flat in 1-hour easy drive along the coastline with beautiful views. You will have your own underground parking spot just below the flat. Car is recommended if you want to fully explore the amazing region of Andalusia which has very much to offer culture wise, not only sea&beaches. There is much more (white villages, trekking, major cities, mountain towns, wine tours, tapas tours, boat trips, dolphins watching, etc.) plus a very vibrant international expats community especially in the areas Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, and further Tarifa and Cadiz for the surfers. You will find Costal del Sol very easy and welcoming. Most people can speak English especially in the hospitality industry. The house is named after our beautiful spanish rescue cat PUCCI. He lives between Spain and Italy -just like us-so he’ll most likely not be there during swaps but if you're a cat person let us know! ;)
