Spacious, recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment on second floor with ample, furnished balcony.
Neighborhood is quiet and lush with trees. 5-10 minute walk away are lots of mini-parks with amazing views to water and mountains. Coffee shops, restaurants, bars in walking distance. 3 minutes away from a bus stop for route to downtown Vancouver and UBC. Next to bike paths.
Air conditioning is a portable unit, works best in the bedroom. (A/C is not necessary most of the time.
Washer & dryer are coin-operated and shared with the other 4-5 units on the floor, but it is rarely occupied and it's so close to our apartment door that it might as well be in the apartment.
