Welcome to my cozy one-bedroom apartment in the famous Testaccio neighbourhood in Rome! It is located close to the iconic Trastevere and is a 15 minute walk from the city-centre. It is close to a metro-station (Primaide), and is well connected to almost all bus routes in Rome. I have been accepted into a three-month exchange program at Cologne University for a post-doc and I am trying to find someone willing to swap their apartment in Cologne for a lovely stay in Rome from the 13th of October to the 15th of January 2025. I am an Egyptologist and I grew up in Rome and this neighbourhood. If you are looking for some peace and quiet but want to go out to bars and cafes and explore the Roman nightlife then this is the perfect place for you :) You may also use my bicicle to explore the sites and I am happy to help with any restaurant and site recommendations during your stay. Grazie!
