New modern apartment near a beach in center

The apartment is located 10 min walk from the center and is situated above the most famous beach in town, providing numerous bars and night clubs but also a peaceful spot in the shade of pine trees. It is situated in Bačvice, perhaps the most delightful neighbourhood in town. The apartment was fully renovated a couple of years ago. It is on the third floor, with no elevator. It has ground heating and A/C. There is also a stretching couch and a lovely balcony that looks on the backyard. The main entrance is shared with my brother's apartment, but after that there are two separate ones (meaning you can't enter each other's apartment). It is ideal for a single person or couple.
