My home is a cozy quite big single flat (50sqm), in the middle of Prenzlauerberg. In one of the best areas, just by Winsstraße. It’s an old building and it’s on the first floor, so the ceiling is almost 4 meters high. It’s in the back house, facing the common backyard, that’s why it’s really quiet and you forget occasionally that you in the middle of the city. But because it’s in the back house and first floor, it doesn’t have direct sunlight. That’s the only minus that really exists. Otherwise the tram is like 1 min away, Alexanderplatz is 10 min away and the neighbors are all really nice, but you will rarely meet.
