Spacious bright apartment in central Berlin

My home is located 3 U-Bahn stops from Alexanderplatz, in a quiet area, walking distance from a busy area with lots of restaurants. The apartment is on the top floor of a new building, overlooking lower buildings and a small park. It has a spacious living room, with a sofa, coffee table, TV, desk for working and many bookselves. It has a desk for working right next to the big balcony window, and a big bookshelf with lots of books in English and art albums. A comfy armchair is facing the TV, which has no broadcast, but has a Chromecast. The living room windows and the balcony face west, with a view to the the Fernsehturm and have spectacular sunsets. The living room also has a coffee table and an extendable table for extra surface. The extendable sofa allows 2 extra sleeping spots on top of the bedroom. The bedroom is separate and has a bug double bed and a big vanity mirror with wings. The bedroom has light-blocking curtains. The kitchen has a big fridge, an espresso machine, microwave and a dishwasher, apart from the heat-plate stove. It seats 2, for bigger companies I recommend to use the extendable table in the living room. There are basic pots and pans, you can do some basic cooking and baking, but you won't find a full range of Le Creusets. The normal German rules apply (no loudness after 10 pm and on Sunday, selective trash collection etc). Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, not inside the apartment. It is very important that using torrent is illegal in Germany and will be fined heavily.
