Welcome to Boorloo

Welcome to Boorloo (the ancient Noongar name for the city we now commonly call Perth). Our ground floor apartment is a two minute walk from the Swan River and the Boorloo pedestrian bridge and is located within a complex which has a pool, spa, sauna, gym, games room and undercover garage. The master bedroom has an ensuite and the second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out trundle and a neighbouring bathroom. The open space kitchen, dining and living area looks out to a spacious courtyard which gets the sun-drenched afternoon light. The office has two work desks, each with their own large monitor screen. The inner-city location of vibrant Victoria Park has everything needed to enjoy Perth without a car and without compromising on adventure. Located near to a bus interchange, on the Swan River and by Great Eastern and Canning Highways, the options to visit the beaches, Fremantle, Swan Valley and other famous Perth spots are only ever 30 minutes away by car and a little longer by public transport. If you want to stay within the suburb, you’ll be turning your head with so many places to explore in every direction. Westward is the lively riverside foreshore, the new Boorloo Pedestrian Bridge and the short walk into Perth city, but if you choose to walk along the foreshore you’ll either reach Optus Stadium to the north (home of international concerts and sporting events) or south to the Mends St cafe strip of South Perth (also home to the Perth Zoo). Eastward is the famous food strip of Albany Hwy, which boasts multicultural eateries, cafes, supermarkets, gyms, yoga/pilate studios, community garden, parks and Sunday farmers market. We would love to share our home with likeminded travellers who enjoy leaning into a community to be a part of it, even temporarily.
