Spacious and bright flat in the hip Berlin center

The apartment has 83sqm, 3 rooms, a spacious living room with a cozy balcony facing south. The kitchen is separate and we have a bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet. You can use the work space as a second bedroom if you like, the sofa is extendible (with a topper on top). The flat is wonderfully bright and well insulated. We swap the apartment furnished, the kitchen is well equipped with a small portafilter espresso machine & airfryer. It is located in Torellstraße, 10243 Berlin, 5th floor with elevator. It is located directly next to Warschauer Straße, but in the rear area, where it is usually quieter. ALDI, DENNS and some Spätis around the corner, S-Bahn/Ubahn are a 10-minute walk away. We even have a small communal garden where you could almost forget that you are in the middle of the city. Plenty of Bars and restaurants around! ATTENTION! We are offering the apartment with our lovely cats Nemi and Lana and are therefore also looking for someone to look after them a bit during this time. This means making sure that their water fountain is full and that the food bowl is full (it is enough to put something out for them in the morning). The litter box should be cleaned regularly. Otherwise they will be very happy if you play with them and pet them from time to time.
