The area is quiet, but with grocery store, buss stop, restaurants around the corner. A big nature reserve, Delsjöområdet, lies adjacent to the residential area (forest is 1min walk away), and the lake Härlanda tjärn is just down the hill (5min walk through the forest).
There area excellent bike paths in the area, eg to the citycenter, and buss 17 passes through frequently.
