The neighbourhood Bežigrad is a proper residential neighbourhood, not a very touristy area, which means you get real Ljubljana life on your doorstep. A local market is a one-minute walk away. Cycling and walking paths run through the area, and Park Tivoli (one of Slovenia's finest city parks) is easily reachable on foot or by bike. The city centre is 10 minutes away by bus, with a stop directly in front of the building running every 10 minutes.
