Cozy Vienna flat with green views and a balcony

A calm, green place to land in Vienna. Welcome to my cosy two-room apartment: 50 m² on the third floor, with an elevator. There's a separate bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, so it works well for couples, friends travelling together, or someone coming on their own. The apartment looks out into the green, from the balcony, from the windows, from the bed. There are plants everywhere, inside and out, and plenty of books on the shelves if you like to read. The kitchen is properly equipped for real cooking, not just coffee and toast (though the coffee works too). The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a French balcony, so you can open the doors wide in the morning. The modern bathroom has a proper bathtub for winding down at the end of the day, and the toilet is separate. Both rooms have electric blinds with a remote control, handy for keeping the flat cool on hot afternoons, and for sleeping in properly. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are there when you need them. A large park wraps around the building, which is part of why it's so quiet here. There's also a gravel bike you're welcome to borrow. The neighbourhood is relaxed and easygoing: a supermarket around the corner, a cinema, good local restaurants, and lovely cafés surrounded by greenery. You're out in nature within minutes AND the city centre is about 15 minutes away by U-Bahn. A good fit if you're looking for somewhere peaceful to come home to, with everything you need close by, but don't want to miss out on Vienna's "big city life". :)
