My home is a cost flat with 2 bed rooms and an office/studio space. Suitable for people who practice a holistic lifestyle. Looking for warm adventurous people. The area is very quiet.There are lots of amenities from a near by gym with swim , sauna and steam. There are lots of restaurants by the seaside and some surf / water activities from spring till autumn. There's an award winning fish and chip shop Colmans.There is a tram that takes you into central Newcastle in 20mins. If you drive we are about an hour an half from Scotland, Peak/Lake district and lots of hiking areas
