Appartment in Paris 14th

The apartment is 40sqm with one small bedroom. Almost like a large studio. It’s comfortable for a couple, and a third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The heart of the space is the open kitchen. It’s where I cook, eat, and spend time with friends. The bathroom and toilet are in the same room. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old Haussmannian building (no elevator). There’s no outdoor space, but you’re close to local markets, shops, parcs and 2 metro stations. The metro line 4 here runs from north to south of Paris and is automated, so it’s very reliable. You can reach the center of Paris in about 20min by metro or 15min by bike which is nice. The 14th arrondissement is very residential and calm. The building itself is quiet, with mostly couples and some families with young children. My appartment is simple, cozy, and peaceful. If you want to enjoy the city during the day and come back to a calm space in the evening, it could be a good fit for you.
