My flat is tastefully furnished with a modern, as you can see from the pictures. Since this is my primary residence, it’s fully equipped with all the amenities needed for everyday life.
The apartment is bright, with plenty of natural light. Every room has a window and can be accessed separately. It’s located on the 4th floor (please note, there is NO elevator), therefore the huge terrace. I typically work from the living room on the sofa or at the dining table. The kitchen is ideal for working with a laptop, but there’s no setup for external monitors or fixed devices. However, there is a plug available for charging your laptop.
It is a small apartment and the bedroom holds up 2 people. The sofa cannot be opened unfortunately. Maybe the sofa can be used for a small child and the parents can sleep in the bedroom. Therefore 2 adults and 1 child is the maximum this flat can hold.
The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction stovetop, pans, dishwasher and a coffee maker.
If you’re traveling with children, you’re welcome to use my daughter’s toys. There’s a children’s park nearby, and the beach is only a 15-minute drive or bus ride away.
